trap him and give him to me...i'll eat him[tasty]

Have-a-heart traps work well with cabbage or broccoli uncooked. I had one living underneath my shed a few years back and I never did catch him, but I stuffed an old rag under the shed that I had soaked in straight ammonia. It worked great. But, this spring I see a new resident has come into my yard and I will have to do the same or trap. Good luck.

If you know where the hole is. Plug all the breather holes and stick a 2" hose down the main opening and pack newspaper around it.Place the other end on your exhaust pipe and sit back and read the rest of the paper.!...Remove the hose and leave the paper in place for a day or two. If it stays undisturbed. Then you got him.
Quick, simple,effective.
[rofl]
If you trap him, bring him down to my Farm and release him. A few of my friends have. It like "RESTOCKING"
[rofl][rofl]
Go to your council meeting
Lou once again you never cease to amaze me.. What would they care??

Put a waterhose down one hole, and stand behind the other hole with a well sharpened pitchfork. When the tunnels start to fill, he'll come out the hole you are over. This process also makes it easy for throwing them into annoying neighbors yards.[hihi]

Thanks for all of the advice, guys. I'm looking into a Havahart trap right now. Anyone have a preference for a specific model from prior experience? Is it legal to trap one of these critters on private property in NJ? If so, where can I legally drop him off? Anyone have private land where you want him within 30 minutes of the Cherry Hill area? I'd be happy to drop him off for free! lol

My farm is in Shamong. Bring him on down....
I have a lot of friends that trap nuisance Squirrels and release them here. We don't shoot squirrels here.
And we'll let the Ground hog move in and get comfy for a while.....

Then.............

[eyeroll]

Isn't it illegal to relocate animals past your own property lines?
Its illegal to relocate on public property. Its legal on private property, with permission.

I want a Rodentator just for the fun of it! Kinda how we dealt with the bastards in Afghanistan. [up]
They have rebuilt ones for $1300 .. who wants to go in on one with me? [hihi]
