Didn't see anything. I heard one shot down in the bottom where I usually go when I'm able. I did come across fairly fresh bear tracks. Left the camera gear at home. Its all I can do to carry myself. :(
Let me know if you ever need help bud. More then willing to come help drag one out for you or help move stands or whatever you need

No movement at all in 14. I saw a big buck bed down about 70 yds away in heavy cover. Watched the area for 2 1/2 hours. Got out of stand. Went over to investigate and he blew out like a locomotive.

Slow afternoon. Woods got dark around 4pm and raining. Decided to leave. On way out saw 2 deer in front field. Put scope on one deer and pow! Doe down. Small one which made for easy drag. Meat is meat!

why would you go investigate if you knew he was 70 yds away. he would of moved eventually

Got to my ground blind at 2:45pm. I immediately had a four pointer come out into the field to feed for 10 minutes or so. The wind started to pick up and switch out of the North. That's bad for me because, it blows from me down into the field below me. I knew that it wasn't going to be a good day. I did see a total of two spikes, one four pointer, four does and thousands of Canada Geese flying overhead. I also heard eight muzzy shots. I'll have to wait until shotgun week to get a buck.
