What are they swimming across?
yeah.. locals see them swiming.. a few years back a monster buck was swimming out in the ocean.. must have came from the park and went thru sea bright..
it was in the APP.

Yuppers. You aint hunting those deer.
ive tried all around the areas.. they are bunch of anti, dirty rich a$$holes, well the ones that i talked to. they hate hunting.. i hope they smash their 100k BMW's,then maybe they will say yes,or not they are the type to pay a swat team to shoot them.

To think deer like that used to live in the woods.
yeah and the anti's feed/bait them more than we do..

the local corn guy told me he sells more corn to deer feeders than hunters..

What are they swimming across?
Navesink River, part of the bay area south of Sandy Hook. They cross over to the Navesink Country Club and the homes along that road (well described by Bowonly). Many make their way to Huber Woods and Hartshorne Woods (all of the nature areas mentioned above). The problem is Huber is like 80 acres and Hartshorne is overrun with treehuggers, bikers, joggers and of course, every weekend warrior![wallmad]

Why would you want to kill deer in those types of areas?

You have the "antler" sickness. (I have a touch)

You live near there and need a quick set.

"It does not have to be hard to be fun" attitude guy.

You like trying to recover your kill from the neighbors tennis courts.

You failed to be able to hunt whitetail in the past.

WOw great deer [up]

I mean when they swim from Fairhaven to Rumson like you said...

yep.. i think the hunting pressure in rumson has pushed them across the river to fairhaven. there really isnt any woods in fairhaven... they should go back or they may become live lawn ornaments for the anti rich folks of fairhaven.
will stand on lawn for food

Sugar you are correct. Fair Haven and Rumson are right next to each other, no river between. The deer swim the river between Navesink and Rumson/Fair Haven.

yes they are sugar.. the other side of rumson.. woods side... north side... i guess..
