I've got a similar problem on our club property. Some neighbor feels that because he isn't hunting on our property that it is OK to trespass to hike it. WTF? We post it for a reason. May need to buy me a trail camera

Screw neighborly relations show them the pics and let them know you and the farmer are pissed.

 

In that first picture it looks as though she is looking at something. Looks like maybe a coyote to the right of the down tree. It's not in the second picture, but she seems to be pointing to where it might have went.

 

Just remember when you show them these pictures to cut out some landmarks as they will know right where to look for your camera. Tell them if it's missing you will press charges. Good luck and hope things turn out OK without problems, But then again THEY will be the ones with problems in the end. Don't forget about any statute of limitations , so don't wait.

I'm assuming that they know it's your property and/or it's marked. If they're from down the street I would assume they would know. If you called the farmer - why would he be pissed? Cause he got busted?

There are several stipulations that must be followed should you need to sign complaints.
Severalare; signs must be signed and dated and posted every so many feet. Good luck.

 

I'll bet dollars to donuts they say " O, we thought it was a park!" I've heard it all in my time. Once I asked some people I caught while in my stand if they saw the signs, they said " Yes we saw them but we didn't think they pertained to us." I was like why is that? They answered " We are not hunting and the sign says No Hunting. " I told them if they had read further they would have seen No Trespassing as well.
Your new signs rock! I gotta print me up some of those for next year.
