I would argue if a firearm and or magazine was purchased legally, and this Bill suddenly makes it illegal (no grandfather clause) the state should reimburse the owner for costs to convert, or buy the gun back at original cost, owners option.

I for one am thankful for Murphy and the Democrats. Finally we will have laws that will make such places as Camden, Paterson, Newark etc. safe. All those fine people were waiting for were good laws that they could follow.

I can't tell how many gun owners and outdoorsman I know that are NOT members. When I ask them why not it almost seams like they expect everybody else to carry their weight. $30/year is not much to keep whatever is left of our 2nd amendment rights afloat. Fellow sportsman get it before it's too late

I hear you nj Predator but I really think that every conservative and second amendment supporter didn't even bother to vote. Turnout was light and we could have stole the election if people weren't so apathetic, lazy or disconnected. Too late now! I keep referring back to the"special" cory booker election. We could have a conservative in the Senate with voter turnout for that election only 37%. 37%- that means 6 out 0f 10 people stayed home!

I have been a life member of the NRA since the early 80's. What exactly do you think the NRA is going to do for gun owners in NJ???? This state is a poison pill for gun owners, a totally lost battle years past. WE live in a socialist controlled state with total morons in control of everything, the best part is they still keep getting elected. The same elected officials with no common sense who cry about civil rights, are the ones who gag and hobble the police departments from doing the job they were trained to do. Their answer? crucify law abiding tax payers and strip them of their constitutional rights as gun owners. Kind of like putting a band aid on a gushing wound. Things will get a whole lot better with the billionaire bleeding heart at the helm. He wants to bring in every illegal P.O.S from the country and have them set up camp here. Everything goes according to plan we can have real nice folks break into the house at night and all you will be able to do is watch. Welcome to the reformed peoples republic of NJ..........

Everyone who is not a member of the NRA and NJ2A's should join now. If you are a member and if your able to make a donation to NJ2A's. They will be bringing lawsuits to fight some of these ridiculous regulations when they get passed. They need us now more than ever and we need them.
