SJ 8 Point Buck Down !!!

i went hunting yesterday and got in my stand nice and early after college, Iv been having this 8 point on cam for 2 days and the third day i got him in the evening. He came up behind me grunting and making a rub, and he was fallowing a doe but the doe went down wind of me and caught my scent so i made a quick decision and shot the buck at 18 yards and the spitfire maxx just blew right threw him. i watched him go about 60 yards and bed up. i thought the buck was down at 60 yards but Unfortunately the buck traveled 200 yards even with a good shot, i looked all night but couldn't find him so i went back this morning and found him laying 50 yards from where i last found blood that night.

Check out that hole?

The spitfire Maxx broadheads are amazing, This buck traveled about 200 yards but but finding him was no problem because of the great blood trail.

cool[up] surprised he went that far looks on the money if thats entrance hole, but theyre after entry deploying blades so thats the exit hole i assume?

i was also surprised, That's actually the entry hole.

I like the acorn on the horn. at least thats what I call them. they are neat and add more to the charater of the deer.[up]
