squirrel was creating racket above the buck and then dropped a nut on the back of the deer to spook him as the arrow went over his back.

Ive heard alot of excuses for missing a deer , but this one takes the cake. Very comical!!

Sorry I agree on this as well. I have experienced the deers friends talking to there big brothers as well. Animals and birds do work together. I was drawn down on a buck in MD. and a squirrel was creating racket above the buck and then dropped a nut on the back of the deer to spook him as the arrow went over his back.
