Glassboro WMA is becoming a magnet for inconsiderate slobs. This morning I met up with a bunch of people I know at the parking area at a secluded part of the WMA this morning.We all arrived at the same time and greeted each other and were all drinking coffee and talking this morn while waiting well ahead of time. This ingnorant old prick was there sitting in his truck and my buddy said good morning to the guy and he snubbed him right to his face. Come to find out,they know the guy from previous encounters, and the asshole has the mentality that if he got there first with his car , then he should be entitled to the entire half of the WMA to himself because he has hunted there his whole life [ like none of us did either]. Anyways, we all make a civilized attempt to walk 200 yards to the fields and line up 15 minutes before shooting time and this jerkoff takes off with his dog running right past us down the path and cuts into the woods and literally runs to the field first through the woods. Now I also find out that this dirtneck asshole has made it known before that if his dog flushes a bird, it's belongs to him no matter who shoots it!!! Well, as we made the second pass, his dog jumps a hen and my buddy pulls back because the guy is standing in the way and wont move for him , so as it flies across the line straight over my head, I pop two shots almost vertically and wing it and it crash lands in the adjacent empty field. The guy now runs past 6 of us from the other side of the line and bolts into the woods after it and his dog pins the bird and grabs it and tosses quickly into his game bag real sneakily !!![mad] My buddies, werent as cool as I was and started cursing at him and the scummy old J/O just races back past us with his head down and wouldnt even make eye contact. No shame !Now, My buddy really starts to go off on a tangeint about the guy within earshot of him and I holler out that the dirtbag looks like he needs it more than I do and just walked away steaming and just calmed myself and left all agrevated for the3rd time in as many trips out[mad] What the F@#% is wrong with people !!!
The place is way too small for all the hunters that hunt thier on weekends and is just more of a headache than anything anymore.
