Poor kid..he was probably so excited to hang that cam..especially after he busted his ass to get it..hope it works out

 

Just went to hardware store to pick up a lock and chain. Tounge and cheek told the guys it was for a tree stand but what little good will it do in the end anyway. If someone is gonna rip off a stand, they are gonna rip it off.

 

I have a wildveiw ez cam with the cable/lock bracket if you pick up he can have it.

I suggest this to everyone , get a decent chain , break the links put the broken links in the spot that the bungi cord connect to and weld the links shut now u have a chain actually connected to the cam to put a lock on the only way to get it off is to break the whole camera ...id rather my camera broken then stolen ......

 

I also have to older cameras a wild view and a old Moultrie from Monmouth but am up in the Clinton area for work at least 1 time a week there his if he wants them

Put another one out in the same spot that's broken and one in a tree. Once you catch the SOB drag his ass into the woods and let the kid beat him with a solid branch

 

if you find out it was the neighbor on the joining property contact me and i will bring my chain saw and give you a hand, i hate thieves, it really sucks getting to your spot and everything is gone

 

tell the kid next time get one of them metal boxes cuz people our gonna take any thing they find in the woods

I'm in East Windsor and have an extra camera ( not a name brand) the kid can have. Same thing happened to my son 3 years ago. He worked and saved his money to have his camera stolen 2 days later.

 

What happened to hunters etiquette? Its a f--king shame I walk by and leave the area if I see someones stuff I had a cam stolen last year it was in the woods 1 week and brand new Leave everyone's shit alone if you know someone who does this shit rat him out teach the up and coming hunters hunters etiquette

This really stinks. I had one stolen 2 or 3 weeks back and I'm still angry about it.

 

heres a idea, buy 2 trails cams mount one for the deer . than mount one too catch the scumbags stealing it. gotcha !

Have a few stealth cams im not using due to the price of c batteries. But willing to donate two to the kid. Travel 78 on regular basis and willing to meet up, unfortunately cameras are in pa right now and im leaving for Ohio for a week, so would be November 11th before I could have the cameras to give him.
