It's a nice place guys. I have been there, although I did not hunt. I drove around the place with my friends, and just looked at the animals. The elk were huge, saw some whitetail and a few exotics. Couldn't find the hogs. It may take you some time to find them. It's a nice place and the people are very nice and welcoming. I have know Rod Fry for years. The onwer is Stacey Fry and is a super guy. Good luck with your hunt. You should have a great time. Many of the photos on the website are of friends of mine who have hunted there.

Have a great time, Jay! Going to have to make room in your showroom. ;)

here is what my brother and I took..

Brother shot a Fallow Buck, and I took an Aoudad..

What an awesome time my group had! I chased that Aoudad for 10 hours before getting close enough for a shot... fenced hunt or not, every animal was different (as far as being leery)... i picked one that wanted to run, and targeted him .. what a blast! this aoudad was smart and I hunted harder for her than I ever did in my life for anything... running up and down moutains all day was insane, woke up next morning wiht sore legs like never before!

My brother went all day Saturday without getting in range of a Fallow deer... so Sunday morning we gave him our backup (the xbow) he was able to get a 40 yard shot out of a stand on this buck Sunday mornign before we left...

So all in all, not every animal on a preserve are dumb, and if you wanna have a challenging time, you very much can..

This place was fantastic and I will be going back in Sept if my friends and I can save up more money by then

in all honesty, with a gun, you can have your hunt finished within an hour... but to bowhunt the animals, its plenty chalenging... (at least equal to hunting over bait in NJ which so many of us do) LOL

to Pipeline Preserve

PS... my buddys took 2 texas dall sheep, a 225 lb boar, and a corcican ram which i didnt get pics of...
