Can always argue that the squirrel wasn't near the bait when you shot it. In my case, he was on a branch 15 feet above the ground.

Never said you were a poacher! CO's do look at this site. A couple of years back a guy posted pics of the snake he killed, it was a Pine Snake, they are protected, I believe he got in a bit of trouble over that. I will say, alot of guys on this site need to read the digest, and understand the laws.
