I have a big ole tree that I sit behind, I put an old dryed out Christmas tree to the left side of the tree for extra cover. Im 20 yards off an old logging road that the Turkeys often travel to a large secluded field. If they don't respond to my calls I no eventually they will travel past on there way to the field. Last year I shot my first gobbler from that setup. A nice 20 lb 1 oz bird with 2 beards. (10+ inches and 7 + ") 1 1/4 spurs.

I travel light, like to find a downed tree and I move alot. Offense is the best defense, take it to them. I love those zone 5 birds. There smart but they can be beat.
