As the season fast approaches I wanted to give a full list of products and cuts available for the 2012/2013 season.
All cuts are boneless and 100% fully vacuum packed and labeled in portions fit for 1-2 people. Even the hamburger!
This years specialty list is as follows:

Hotdogs Standard Boneless Cuts Include:
cheddar cheese Hot dogs Steaks, loins,filet, chops, roasts,
cheddar jalapeno Hot dogs stew, hamburger.
kielbasa
hot sticks
pork roll
swt Italian Sausage We offer taxidermist referrals upon request
Hot Italian Sausage and arrangements for taxidermy pickup can
Breakfast Sausage be made without any trouble.
Hunters Log
Pepperoni
Cooked Salami
Cheddar Kraut Grillers
Cheddar Chilli Grillers
Bologna
Jerky
Hot and Spicy Jerky

All deer processing basic fees are $80 for the standard boneless cuts. Most Specialty products are charged by the lb and range anywhere from $3.50 -$5.50.

**A 10 discount is given in the early bow season for EAB for any fawn brought in.

@Njgunner not at this time but we are going to be running package specials where you will be able to save yourself a few dollars by ordering a few specialties along with having your deer processed. We do also accept BONELESS, CLEAN meat as long as it has the proper confirmation number to go with it, to be processed however you please.

Its actually me, Tom on my wife's screen name. She works in the shop with the pickups and drop offs. Couldn't do it without her. I do mainly all the cutting myself. I keep wanting to get my own name but I made the business sponsor under this name and I know I would hear it from other members about making another sponsor under a new name so I just keep this one. lol. Maybe I'll see you this year. Take care

Toms work is top notch. U won't be disappointed. I've personally have had about 2/3 of his products listed and everything is amazing. Looking forward to dropping some deer to get more made. Get the classics plus a few new things to try as well. Deffinately worth every penny.[up][up]

Make sure you check out our ad in the Hunters Digest we will be on the bottom on Wildlife Artistry's page! @screaming eagle I think I'm going to make it in the same type of casing as the bologna,(a little bigger than the HL) will be better for slicing for sandwiches.Notice it is a fully cooked salami because I do not have the time to dry an aged salami as this would take months at a controlled undisturbed climate.

Oh ya I figured drying it would take forever... Plus I love dropping it off one week and getting it back before the following week ends anyway. I already have people asking when hunting starts and when I'm getting stuff made from u. Soon.. I can't wait.[up]

[up][up][up]Look forward to seeing you. Phone has been going crazy here. Just put my shirt order in along with Embroidered hats for this year. The only thing I didn't get on the menu yet was the scrapple. I've got it close but I'm not 100% happy with it yet therefore I won't put it out for customers yet.

@slaughter. Not a problem, like I said on the phone bigger orders it is not a problem. I just ask that you give me a couple of days extra for your order to be completed. All deer brought in for processing of basic cuts are all 100% your own deer anyways even the hamburger. Its when people want 1 lb of something that I have to make in bulk bc there is no way to make the products in that small an order.:):) Hope to see you soon. Good luck to you.

I have been using TOM THE BUTCHER for many years now. Every year it seems he improves his shop, comes out with new gastronomic delights, and finds ways to make me laugh!! Tom jr., his wife Nicole, and his hard working staff provide fantastic cuts at a great price!
