My 30+year old Pleuger Medalist fly reel and my 20+year old St Croix 6 wt fly rod

 

8 ft Tonkin cane bamboo rod,with a 9 wt sinking line and a 7 inch nightcrawler. You laugh, but that is what we used in the 50's, on the Raritan and the Musky.

 

Shimano stradic 1000 fh and cortland 6' ul rod and japanese tenkara flyfishing i use a 9'9 tenkara rod there is no reel in tenkara flyfishing.
