"Good now I don't have to drive to freehold or manahawkin and will have some options besides Bob Kislins"

Just hope they don't put Kislins out of business. Shortly after Dicks opened here the best local mom and pop shop closed the doors. Now it's Dicks or drive to Bordentown.

sure is a bunch of Dick lovers on this site.

As much as I love to support local buisnesses and preach it to no end...i hate kislens. Only ran into one guy I liked there other then that they were all jag offs.

Iam the department lead of the hunting and fishing department. We opened today and saturday for a "soft" opening and Sunday is our grand opening.
As far as ammunition and guns, we're still waiting for the licenses to sell to pass. We all know NJ's a bitch when it comes to that [wallmad]

You would think Dicks would have considered this before the opening. Ain like there isn't another Dicks in this state. Must be a bunch of geniuses run Dicks.
We all know the gun/ammo laws in this state suck but the NJ State Police go out of their way to expedite the licensing process, I know from experience.

Maybe they had other merchandise to sell other than ammo and guns in order to pay for the NJ taxes..

Just a thought

You would think DICKS would have enough money to stock a store that they are going to open, plus pay the $50 NJ state police fee! This makes my point for me, they are more interested in selling golf clubs, treadmills, sneakers, than they are hunting and fishing stuff! They have no real expertise in anything.
