I use the HS earth scent wafers. I don't use them in the woods though. I put them in the rubbermaid containers that I store my hunting clothes in. I use ******** Pride TC plus and it has worked really well for me this year. I have had several deer follow it and it hasn't spooked any deer like many other lures has in the past. I keep asking ******* what he puts in the stuff but he won't give me a straight answer. All I can say is it works.

i also have had good results with the tc pluse this year i have killed deer as close as three yards on the ground dont know whats in it but it smells like deer[up]

 

this is the first year that i have really ever used cover scents, i starter using **** pee and it really has helped i think...twice it bought me an extre thirty seconds or so which was enough to make the shot

tc plus is a attractant/cover scent Tc is a cover scent for the trails and such put on drags or boots or misting. good any time of the year. most trailing will be done from Sept till march.
most cover scents will be pine, cedar, dirt,forest and fields. these you put on your clothes and store your clothes with. also my 2n1 is a cover/odor reducer that you spray on your clothes.

doe fox and **** urine's are cover with slight attractant and also a calming agent. can be put on boots or drag also misted.

pred calling I like tcplus, tc or Tc predator/deer boots and misted.


still run makes a great odor reducer spray.

then there is the ole stand by scent shield and the like.

I may be wrong but there are not many cover scents like mine out there that is a thick oil but there was a few out there. most now are sprays or bombs

Cover scents are used anytime you deer or predator call any time of the year.

and sorry Brian I have kept the formulations a secret for 19 years now[rofl] they are not coming out anytime soon matter fact only my wife and sons know where the formulations are and for years they was in my head till I needed help in making them [rofl] I can only speak on the ******* stuff but there is other stuff out there that is real good.
