Not a new idea.I have a Flu-Flu arrow about 30 years old that shoots Birdshot on impact.

I believe there is a law on the books already banning an explosive tip on arrows. For hunting any way.

It's not an explosive head.. The arrow is delivering a projectile that fires a bullet on impact.. I guess thier can be a discussion about whether or not it can be used during an archey season. But the result is the same as if you shot it with a rifle. If you don't like don't use it.. I don't plan on using it but I think it is a neat idea.
