well at least the judges are putting pressure on both sides..as much as I want you guys to have the hunt.. with a fair hearing at least nobody will be able to say it was one sided.. well I gotta run...good luck guys, I hope you get the hunt.

They should allow the scientist to speak. These lawyers really haven't studied there notes well.

when he was asked how the Fish & Wildlife is funded he was correct with his answer but also should have pointed out that there are no financial gains for the division by scheduling a bear hunt since permits are FREE...

to be precise the bear hunt cost the F&G additional money not budgeted to spend, no fees for the permits but somebodies paying for the admin / printing of the permits
