Let hear it, surprised no one started yet
This shows your total lack of understanding on this matter. I can't tell you how many times I had people bash their own head and face into the back windows and cage of a police car. You see it on the TV show Cops all the time, and it happens all over the country, each day. Yes, it would take a lot of force to break his neck, and it's unlikely, but stranger things have happened. He also could have sustained an injury when he was taken down after running from the police, and made it worse, even fracturing his spine, by throwing himself against the van in the back. These are certainly more likely causes than the police beating him or throwing him around in the back of the van and breaking his spine.Very few people will hurt themself to claim police brutality & nobody bangs up their spine so bad they sever it, they punch themselves in the face or somewhere where the bruising would show up....the whole story is a very lame & transparent cover up very likely to trigger more rioting...only some white guys will ever believe that tall tale. Any person with any street smarts whatsoever would laugh at anyone who would believe that. Can anyone here honestly say that if their son died under the same exact circumstances, they would accept that explanation? I sure as hell wouldn't.
I think most of us, including me, know people go nuts & sometimes self destructive when in custody but how many have broken their own neck & crushed their larynx globally in recorded history? Pretty sure it's zero. Only a cop would think that explanation is more likely than the cops did it. I'm not saying all cops are racist or beat on people unnecessarily & some people deserve to get their ass kicked by the cops. I do know that cops almost always cover for their bad apples & that is the root of the problem right there, yet most cops follow the code anyway, even the good ones. I support the police & law enforcement as far as real crimes go & have called in tips to my local police, but not blindly, and I don't like some of what I see. For example, the cop that would arrest me for being 0.08 BAC because he must do his duty & would be responsible if someone got hurt & then let's his buddy or someone else drive away skunk drunk because they have a PBA card. That disgusts me yet it happens all the time. Everyone knows there are some cops that beat the crap out of people & then charge them with assault on a police officer to cover it up & the good cops say nothing. This kind of behavior is supposed to earn my respect? If that attitude makes me a cop basher, then I proudly accept that label. This shows your total lack of understanding on this matter. None of these likely causes are the "fault" of the police but you go right to the view that the police are out of control, heavy handed, racist, etc. The fact that you are so anti-police shows in all your posts. The only explanation you are willing to accept is one where the police acted horribly wrong. I don't even know why I'm responding to you any longer because in my opinion, basely solely on what I read from you here, you're a messed up person.
My son wouldn't run from the police, or resist arrest. He unlike 70% of black sons, would have a father that would explain this to him. (Like my father explained to me) And what the consequences would be. Instead of the attitude that running from cops, and resisting arrest is your right. Reguardless of being innocent or guilty during the arrest. Instead these "youts" are taught that every cop hates you, because your black. This is what the streets are teaching them! They don't have parents that care enough, to explain this concept to them. That's the major problem here. Their own parents are the ones that are training their kids, to become examples of what happens when you fail to observe the direction of a police officer. Cops are not out there playing games, they're there to protect themselves and uphold the law. That's what we pay them for!So this leads you to conclude he most likely had to have broken his own neck because there is little or no chance he was slammed into the back of the van by a cop, even though we know he was acting up & they stopped twice to deal with him and you would accept this as a valid conclusion even if it was your own son?? Really? Wow! Not sure where to go next if this is your objective conclusion...One more question then, do you know how many cops it takes to throw a black man down the stairs? None, he wasn't pushed, he slipped....or maybe he threw himself down the stairs...
I'd go to jail if I smacked my son for his antics. Toya is a single mom with 6 kids. Does she work? Who pays for her housing? Welfare? She just now noticed that her son is a wannabe thug? I don't think she's a hero by any definition.Hats off to Toya Graham for beating some sense into her would be punk ass thug son!
fact is that had our Freddy been a law abiding citizen none of this would have happened.
I agree. That's the proper way to parent? Smacking your kid around in public while spewing incoherent vulgarities? She didn't do anything but put on a sh#* show for the cameras. On display was her lack of effective parenting and her rioting son was a product of it.I'd go to jail if I smacked my son for his antics. Toya is a single mom with 6 kids. Does she work? If that had happened in NJ, DYFS would have been to her house that evening and removed her 6 kids... on the basis of her bad parenting (he was engaged in criminal activity) and because she smacked him in the head and face.I'd go to jail if I smacked my son for his antics. Not one piece of evidence has been released saying any cop did anything to Gray. The only 'ear witness' says Gray was damaging himself, yet you blame the police.Only a cop would think that explanation is more likely than the cops did it.
When you need to find a good parent to use as an example, just lower the standard. This shows just how low the bar is now set for a certain demographic. Throw more entitlements at the problem and glorify the "Struggle" of the single mom/multiple daddies as the acceptable family unit...Yep, that'll solve it.If that had happened in NJ, DYFS would have been to her house that evening and removed her 6 kids... on the basis of her bad parenting (he was engaged in criminal activity) and because she smacked him in the head and face.
