I have leased a farm with a group of guys through a buddy's father in Clinton/Alexandria township zone 10 for $850 a year. But I think there are too many guys hunting it and not enough woods and too many fields which in turn seems to has created a stand every hundred yards or so on all The prime property features. Also the " if it's brown its down" mentality has really taken its toll over the years..I Definitley don't se them like I used to.
Long story short does any one have any leads or have some property they could lease out in 2015 so that doesn't feel like I'm paying to hunt state land.
I also have a six year old son that I want to get in the woods and I want a place where we can get up and close to some deer again. I don't need a huge property just a piece where I can hunt with my son in peace that's no more than an hour from Oakland and no BS.
