Yea I can picture it now. Every yahoo with a .22 and a hunting liceanse shooting into trees, and with a range of about 2 miles I can just picture the news now.
NJ already has a rifle season/zone for squirrels, granted a great majority of hunters in this state don't want to be bothered, which is just fine with me.
