Well the day was long but not cause of hunting. I had to get up at 7 a.m. I had Union Business today all the way down in Minetola. It was pretty much a wadte of time.
Finally got out of there at 2 p.m. and now I'm pissed i want some tree time today(which me were done at 12:45. So I'm racing home and had to go get corn and it was just a mess.
So I get home get ready, kinda!! I run out the door and I forgot my knife, then I realize I forgot my flashlight. So I finally get to my stand at 3:28, Not Happy.
So I'm just sitting there and just happy to be in the tree, it was flurrying, Then the sneezing attack started....WTF.
The squirrals started running around and I see something move about 60 yds in front of me, I see its a pretty good deer. So I throw the H&R to the shoulder and look through the scope and it is 1 of my targets bucks. I couldnt believe it I havnt seen him since that last time on the camera back in Oct. or early Nov. I thought he was taken out.
So he came into to the 40 yd. mark and turns almost broadside, and!!!!!!!!!!!
