Hello everyone. I am currently waiting for my firearms purchaser id card...I am having trouble finding a clear answer on this subject so i figured you guys could help me out. I was arrested and convicted with 'possession of marijuana' when i was 17 (2006). I am now 20. This is the only blemish on my record. My question is this: is this charge enough to deny my FPIC? What are the chances I'll be approved/denied? If it makes a difference I live in Swedesboro, NJ (gloucester county). This is also the town I was arrested in. Thank you for taking the time to read and answer this question.
Waiting for my FPIC....will it be denied? All help greatly appreciated

Good ?... Some on this site know more about this than I do. But I think you are gonna have trouble getting the ID card. But I'm not sure exactly what they look at or look for. Good Luck[up]
