The NJ state record is 2 lbs 12oz I think I might of had it beat but I will never know, I am kind of new to white perch fishing and caught this lunker of a perch not knowing I might have a record fish I fileted her up and breaded and fried her before I ever thought about it being a record fish Oh well the perch are still hittin maybe I will catch another Bigun.Man are they good eating!think it might be my favorite fish to eat now .
