Went shooting today at the Bergen County range in Mahwah and had a great day but. At 45 yds I let one go low that hit and stuck in the target's wood frame. The arrow bounced right off the insert and point which was embedded in the wood. I was able to unscrew the insert but the point is deep in there. The arrow looks fine so I'm wondering if I should just clean up the insert and arrow and reglue it so I don't have to waste the arrow OR does a solid impact like that compromise the arrow. After seeing those pictures of the guy with the carbon arrow through his arm I'm a little paranoid. Any ideas? I hate to waste a perfectly good arrow but....
