Guys,
As a bonus Christmas present, I severed the long head of my right (dominant arm) bicep while playing with the dog.
Have any of you experienced this?
I know that I can restore it surgically but also see surgeons recommending that it be left as is - this is what the sports doctor I saw yesterday was recommending.
I have concerned about loss of strength and endurance in that arm if I don't go the surgical route.
Have any of you had the same injury (gives you a really ripped by tiny bicep LOL), decided not to get surgery and still managed to get full strength back via ruthless exercising.
Or have you all had the surgery? If so, did you recover full strength afterwards and are you now better at forecasting weather due to the pin inserted into your shoulder?
All help appreciated.
