I heard you need a licnese to fish in the ocean now. I just looked on the F&G website and saw nothing on it. Is this true? Is my NJ freshwater fishing license ok to fish in the ocean? Sorry, I'm new saltwater fishing never got into it I've always been too busy surfing. Saw a guy catch a big striper the other day and wanna give it a whirl.
