Cap a hunter deer hunt for let say 5 deer per season.
Note sure on this number, just guessing.
What is he or she going to do with all the venison anyway, give it to anti-hunters to enjoy it.
If he check-in more than five deer, pay a surcharge.
This will help F&W operations etc.
F&w will allow more hunting days, because surplus was not exceeded.
Use the professional Hunters, create a hunter's arbitration team, to spy on other hunter, report poaching, safety violations, promote safe and enjoyable hunting. Take it a little more further, since hunters know the woods and territory, trails sponsor public events watching wildlife in action, BBQ, games etc.
When the public get involve and experienced the solitude of nature. We could be better equipment to explain capacity planning etc.
We could understand their feelings and probably compromise with the anti-hunters achieving total harmony and peace with fellow humans and nature.
