The regs require that you wear orange even in a tree. Is there any safety reason for this on deer only private property?
Last week, I got busted twice in situations where I wouldn't expect it. Either it was my new cologne [drinking] or it was the blinding glare of my orange. I'm thinking of wearing it on my butt while in the tree, so I'll be in compliance but won't spook deer.
