It's that time of the year... Moose Lottery Applications are posted and deadlines are looming.

I submitted for Maine as well as for VT (lottery for Archery and a point for the regular season). I spent some of Easter weekend scouting some potential moose locations in Vermont just in case.

And now I'm going to have to go buy some NJ State Lottery tickets to help potentially offset the cost if I ever get chosen.

If you draw for Vermont let me know . I have several locations that are holding them provided I don't draw.

I'm not holding my breath... of the 50 archery permits, only 5 will go to out of state. I think my chances at winning a money lottery are better. Then I can just try to win one of the auctioned tags! Or hit one with my car.
