Happens all the time...it's called courtesy and the parties have to work together.

I've patterned my gun on state WMA ranges before. You take one shot and then have to go down range, pull the target, put up a new one, walk back to the firing line.the trap guys would think nothing of shooting 25 straight shots and keep you standing there waiting to go down range.Patterning that way would take somebody a whole day.Why waste all that time?

First of all the facilities are inadequate.there should be a seperate part of the range specifically for patterning so parties do not interfere w/ each other.Until then, just try and have some consideration for all involved.

the rifle range is right next to the trap range at Winslow WMA so it really doesn't matter. It would not be safe for the shooter to continue shooting trap even if the other guy went down range to change his patterning targets.it's only like 50 feet away.
