Tom the butcher is your friend and you will only use his services so, so what is up making negative comments on this thread? It seems every post you have made in your 3 months on the board relates to your support of Tom. That is great. But Tom's in Washington is like an hour drive

IF someone shoots a deer in Zone 11 or 12, Hunterdon butcher is hard to beat on price, convenience, quality of cuts, and I doubt anyone is cleaner.

Picked up my deer along with 5lbs of slimjims yesterday. All I can say is next deer is going to be all slimjims[tasty][tasty][tasty][tasty]! They are PHENOMENAL!!!!

I started using Hunterdon butcher this year and had 3 deer processed there. The service is excellent, the place is spotless and the cuts are very professional. He's only a few minutes from my home too, so that's an added bonus for me.

This year was my first year using a service. I used him based on a family recommendation, drove an hour to do it also. I was very happy with the cleanliness and quality of his cuts. Real nice guy too. The drive sucks for me but I use it as an excuse to see family. I'll use him again next year.
