After hunting a total of 3 hours yesterday and getting soaked twice...[confusedagain] finally got a real hunt in today.
After pineys comment yesterday..."Just keep your smelly soaked wet ass over looking that non baiting food plot"....[spy] I realized he was right but for all the wrong reasons....[drinking]
Why burn a good buck spot for a doe, so today I set up over a "return to bedding trail" to pick one off.
After having several go by just out of range at first light I see a big lookout doe coming from dead downwind right at me....[wallmad]
She gets within 15 yards, doesn't like something...could be me....[ninja]....or the curiosity scent I have hanging, snorts and starts walking away....but it was too late...she got the shank before she could get out of Dodge....
