so this morning i shot a doe..i get down to check the arrow and find a little gut on it...so i decide i will go back at 1.00 pm giving it about 6 hours..figuring it was gut shot i head along the river that borders the property i,m on.(sussex county).so after a hour i get to the property line and look in the river(deepest piont ofcourse) and there is a deer up against a blow down...so now i,m thinking whats the chance it my deer? i tell my buddy if he goes in and it,s mine i will split sausges with him..i figure theres noway he's going in..i turn around and there he is in his undes ready to go...he got the doe looked at it..it wasn't blowed and didnt look like it was in the water long..so needless to say i got luckey finding this on..
