Got out of school this morning and hit up a few ponds. First pond was dead..nothing going on. Next pond gave up one 4lber on a 8" lake fork magic shad...nothing after that fish. Decided to hit up one more pond and started off with a tube. That was the ticket. Found a few isolated pods of shad getting pushed into corners by the wind and fish. Ended up with 5, this being the biggest.
