Im guessing you backed out? When you were looking for blood how far did you go looking? Where was the shot? Or did you see the hit? We need details, but on a bright note, no rain tonight and cool temps. so youll be better off waiting til the morning.

If hes comfortable shooting that distance then whats the problem? The deer could be laying dead where he last saw him. I practice long distance out to 100 yards and wouldnt think twice shooting a buck at 60 yards if I had a clean shot and i was comfortable with the situation. Jeesh guys, lets try to help him instead of critisizing, whats done is done.

I'm located in wantage nj
Dont know if your going out first thing, but I can be there by 3pm tomorrow. If you go in the AM and dont find him, PM me and I will come up in the afternoon and help look for him.Sorry I wish I could help in the morning but my partner is off tomorrow and I have to be there.

you dont shoot 55 - 60 yrds because this is what happens.
And it also happens at 10 yards, 20 yards, etc. [wallmad][wallmad][wallmad]
