Had a bad experience with a PA butcher and wanted to turn some of my gamey burger into dogs and bologna. Gary gave me a bunch of samples to try and we selected his excellent honey bologna and some hot dogs. Each is divided up into reasonable portions. Both taste great. The casing on the dogs is a bit tough, but the flavor is excellent. Will be grilling them up all spring. Sorry for the bad pic (products are frozen)

I disagree, I was less than satisfied. Also heard a story of a beautiful buck being skull capped when the hunter had asked for it to be caped for a shoulder mount.
