Have some loin thawing out as I type this. Was out driving w some friends last week. Amazes me how people dont cut out the little loins on the inside. I remove em as soon as field dressing is complete
I think I'll try this soon I'm always looking for new recipes. Yesterday we had venison parmigiana that was pretty damn good. I'm a new hunter and getting my wife to eat the venison has been a slow process I'm sure the bacon will help with that.
I use Montreal seasoning on mine . Comes out great
