I'm about 15 - 20 minutes from there. There's Washington Twp. and Washington Boro within the area you're looking. Nice Farms and some good open land.
We looked at a few places there a little over a year ago.

Welcome to the area ... I am down 57 a piece.
Washington Twsp has Tractor Supply on 57 .... it isn't sporting goods but my second favorite store.
