I hope these videos help someone that wanted to try and build their own trail camera. If you have any question please askand I will do my best to answer them.
Number one question I get from people is how much do they cost to build. Well that depends on what you build. You can buy a 1040 pelican case in black for $12.83 but if you go with a camo dipped 1040 the price jumps to $28.00. So , you see you can go cheaper with some things. A ball park figure is $150 to $200 on a real good trail camera. You can buy a Samsung A402 and then a unit would be around the $100 to $125 mark. Even with a Sammy A402 you will get great pictures. I just really like the Sony P41 and or P32.
I know you can buy them cheaper (some brands) but you get what you pay for.
If a home brew stops working chances are you can fix it your self and not ship it out and wait to get it back.
And the number one reason to build one is , You built it your self and nothing better then sitting back viewing your pictures from something you built.
I am not in any way knocking store bought cams. If they work for you thats great. I just choice Home brews and since a few here seemed to want to give it a try I thought why not post how to videos.
I hope they help [up]

I want to add if you loose a finger or fry a camera or board you can not come back on me for it.
YOU DO ALL THE ABOVE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!
