I went out yesterday afternoon for my last day with the muzzy. I needed some more for the freezer and when this little veal chop came walking in my T/C Omega dropped it on the spot. I wasn't in my spot for 20 minutes before it was all over. Here's the video

So, after this I checked in the deer and called the butcher. He wasn't around so I left him a message on his cell and home phone. He never got back to me so for the first time, I butchered my own deer. It took me 2 1/2 hours but it was a nice feeling knowing that I did it myself. He still hasn't called me back! Now that I know I can do it I think he may have just lost a customer.

Not to hijack the thread but I was goose hunting and it was real cold that morning. One of the little shock absorbing legs broke and the camera would just move around freely .

I called Cabelas and as always they stood behind it. Maybe I just had a bad one. I have never herd anyone else having a problem with theirs.

Double lunger, that was actually the deer making that noise. She cried out once and then died.

NJBowhunter, thanks for the link. I actually found some guy on Youtube and used that.

Also, about the mount...this was the first time that I used it on my muzzy and it seemed to work ok except for spinning around on me. I have used it a few times on my shotgun while bird hunting and it worked fine. I've also used it on my bow and it was fine then too.

bwd...yup, that's me! The lab's name sounds familiar...are you the fireman that has a camper up there and you go to Flatbrook with your dad and brother?
