yeah... I need more venison
Ground up that entire doe from last week, except for the backstraps which JP & I grilled Saturday night [tasty] gonna make some [smoke]slimjims with the ground. If they're 1/2 as good as woj's jerky I'll be happy. Allamuchy or Pequest maybe?

JP & I actually hunted Pequest in the PM too. Didn't see any deer or fresh tracks, only other hunters. Butchering wasn't that bad... with 2 guys and a 30 pack things went pretty quick. Slept in until about 9 and went bird hunting Sunday (semi wild). I didn't push on that last drive, so I wasn't hurting like you guys must have been [hihi]

Also, I'm going to throw this question out to you guys and please give me an honest answer as I will not be offended if the answer is no.
What would you guys think if I brought my 13 year old daughter along? Not as a hunter. She would follow me and post with me as well. She doesn't gun hunt yet and will be in the woods next season with a bow. Safe or not safe, you guys give me the answer and please feel free if your comfortable or not. Thanks.
