Looks like I'm leaning towards the TC Triumph over the Omega for the simple cleaning n bigger trigger area.

Probably will go to Meltzers for it at the same time I get a Remmington 870 shotgun.

Appreciate all the feedback[up]

You will love the Triumph. I'm using 2 50 grain T-7 pellets, 250 grain easy glide bonded SW's and T-7 primers. Swab between each shot with one wet patch of 50/50 IPA/windex(both sides) followed by one dry patch both sides. This combo gives me 1"groups at 100 yrds shooting off a Caldwell Rock BR. My Omega is just as accurate. I actually didn't like the Triumph when I first handled it but you really have to shoot this ML to appreciate it. IMO, the higher end ML's like the Encore are really nice but unless you plan buying extra barrels and using it as a multi-functional firearm, its alot of money to spend for just a ML.

jkotys,

If are also considering shotgun slug hunting then you should strongly consider the Knight KP-1 as well.

Before you consider buying a CVA I would recomend at least reading this article:

Finally, if you are not familiar with the Savage 10-ML I would highly suggest you do some research on then as well, even if they are not something you would normally think you would consider.

Also I sent you a PM.

I shoot a T/C Triumph in .50 cal. I have a 2x7 Bushnell Legend scope mounted on it. I just love this gun. I shoot 100 gr 777 powder with a 300 gr Hornady XTP/MAG bullet. What a sweet gun to shoot, very accurate and a joy to clean.
