get 15 every year and they roll over if not used. i hardly ever take sick days.

Get a job working for the city ! Best move I ever made.
I worked 50 and 60 hr weeks for years laying under hot greasy cars.There was no such things as holidays ,weekends,or sick days. The money was good but I had no friggin life
I work for the B.O.E. now fixing stuff around the schools. I work 7-3 m-f ,anything else is overtime or double time.
The money could be a bit better,but the bennys are the best. Plus.. no holidays,no weekends,no nights.
And its union. I think Im up too about 45 sick days right now.

I just 'sold back' over 140 hours of sick time, to be deposited into my deferred compensation account. Even with the stock market in the crapper, they're hours I wouldn't get paid as much for upon retiring.. and if/when the market goes up, so does my savings. [up]
