Schools are closed in Vernon,That means no work for me but I think it will be a disaster to attempt to get out in the woods today. Laughed my ass off watching my two dogs trying to poop while they are sliding across the yard.[rofl]
Sooner or later I gotta get out and clean off the cars and salt the hell out of the driveway.

Gotta love the new alerting system it calls you at 5:00am then again at 7:00am saves me having to listen to the radio

belvidere school is closed. my school in bergen didnt even have delayed opening, but i took off because i didnt want to drive through ice roads out here.

Front porch, driveway, and truck was coated this morning. Wifey had a 90 minute delay (teacher) but I had no trouble going in. Salt trucks were out in full force. I'd still rather have three feet of snow than a 1/4" of solid ice.
