I am looking to buy a new climber with the money I got for christmas. I just wanted to get some suggestions. I have been looking at the summit razor and the 180 ss I like the sit and climbs. Any input?

Summit stands are great you can't go wrong. The Goliath is the one I would buy. I am borrowing a Cobra from a friend currently. I used to have the Bushmaster and it was Stolen.

Depending on how big you are. I have the viper ss and love it, although I was 210 when I got it, I'm 220 now and load a 40 pack ant fasten them together along with carrying an 11 pound gun and a 10+ lb bag with my clothes and thermos and still love it. If I had to buy another for the heck of it I'd get the Goliath, just in case I don't loose weight.
Stick with the summitts and a good harness and you will always make it back home to your family.[up]

Summit Goliath is definitely the best stand for your money. Not the lightest stand out there but I've found it to be the most sturdy, thus increasing your confidence in the stand.

I have the summit viper and love it! Don't know about any other stands though.

These are rated to 350lbs, such tight tolerances that you don't need to tie the top to the bottom to carry it they just slip together.
They are super light about 16-18 pounds depending upon the model. Super stable and also larger then any stats that I have seen. [up][up]
