I use it on my Mathews Icon and I love it, it works perfect and is rock solid, it also cradles the arrow and lets it slide into place when you draw, I give it a [up][up]
I used to use one. Great rest but a bit bulky. I now use QAD Ultrarests and Whiskerbiscuits for bowhunting. I consider it a toss up between the two of them for best hunting rest.
matty- i was hunting a cold morning last year and it was dead quiet. monster 8 came in behind a doe. drew when his head was behind a tree with him within 15 yards and he stopped on a dime, vitals behind some brush and turned and walked straight away from me. the zero effect is dead quiet.
Muzzy Zero Effect is the only bow accessorie that I have said as long as it fits on what ever bow I may be shooting I will use a Zero Effect on it.
It is the quietest and most solid rest I have ever used. Wrap the lift arm with moleskin and you can not hear a thing. Also unlike other drop away rests there is no slapping of anything so there is no chance of any noise at release.
You can turn your bow to 90 degrees and have no fear of the arrow falling off the rest.
Simply the best rest out there! Even though it is ugly I do not care!
I had one on a hoyt, shot great but was ugly as sin. I wound up having problems with the cable slide for it so I swapped it out for a QAD. I just bought a zero effect for my mathews to replace the WB on it now.
