1's & 2's - piss bottle, I had a rough morning for gosh sakes

stomach messed up at the car, splat, then get to the stand all ready to climb, ohh shit splat, then had to get down early! I had a rough morning that f'd up my hunt that I woke up extra early for! yeah I am gross and say whats on my mind. I think its funny but my upset stomach ruined my morning!

I just let it fly or I would have crapped myself!

Do you think it ruins a spot?

Been there. Done that. It sucks.

Nothing like wasting a vacation day stinking up the woods.

it was terrible especially since I had my harness on! I did'nt think I was going to make it to the base of the tree.

So how bad does it ruin the spot if you shit and piss near your stand or tree?

aaaaaaah man the mighty diareah in the treeah been there done that..mine are mostly up rt29 on the way up in the morning just after stockton on the curve going towards bulls island theres a lil cut out on the right cant miss it toilet paper hanging on bushes. drive by there during the day you'll see where i landed

everyone has had some sort of bad experience with #1 or #2, I dont think you spoiled your area up, it will just make the deer a little more curiou:(s:([confused]:(

Depends on the area of your property that you "splatted" in.

If you're close to a mature bucks bed, or on his active scrape line and you pee or "splatt"- you're done !

In my experience, younger deer dont really care much, but that doesnt do any good because we're hunting their grandfathers, not them.

This is going to give you a disgusting mental image, but my cameraman had to go one morning, BAD. Still prior to first light. Well, he had to empty the zip lock bag where his scent attractants were stored, and it became a porta-bag[eyeroll]- I go before I leave.

Still not sure how he got it done, but he did.

We pee in our scrapes all the time and the bucks tear them up. never hesitate at peeing out the tree. Dumpin tho, I won't do that. I had to get down outta my tree three times out in Ohio last week to go take a dump.

I'm not saying that I'm proud of this but 2 years ago I was hunting a small piece with my dad and my stomach was turning. He told me "Dont you get out and ruin my hunt". I see a doe and a small buck comming in at about 100 yards and when i go to stand up "SPLLLLLLAT" all in my pants. The smell was comming up through my jacket. The doe got about 40 yards and started smelling and took off.

I peed out of the tree ONE time when I was younger and the deer smelled me RIGHT AWAY. They snorted and would not come into distance.

Pissing or taking a dump anywhere near your stand is not good at all. You never want to leave scent like that around where you hunt.

By the way you can buy pee bottles in Dick's Sporting Goods. OR you can do it the old fashioned, ghetto way that I've always done....use an old washing detergent bottle (but make sure you clean it out and let it sit for a long time).
