Did you guys really think that the NJOA endorsement was for anything different? Something like the merits of Adler for example (lol). It was obvious that this was the reason. It’s all about quid quo pro, NJ politics at it's finest. It's pretty sad, albeit not surprising, that an organization like the NJOA would put morals and principles aside and just jump on the Trenton Democratic Machine's bandwagon.

The implications of sending yet another Democrat to the House of Reps. supersedes anything dealing with hunting and fishing imho. We just can't afford that. Dems gaining even more seats in the House is something that scares me more than a Democrat in the White House. If things pan out the way the polls indicate, Republicans will end up loosing more seats in the House. In all likely hood they won't even have enough of a presence for a filibuster and that scares the hell out of me!

I feel at this point, we either have to have faith in the NJOA, it's mission and support, it's cause in unifying all the sportsmen & women in NJ OR go back to the old way of watching our heritage go down the drain.

How about giving Ant some praise in what he has accomplished in the past 14 months! Ask him how much the Alliance has cost him in lost time from his family and work with little or no thanks.

This issue should be a "wake-up call" for all NJ sportsmen that Stu and his ANTI friends are NOT going away and we only have the NJOA and it's council to keep them at bay.

The NJOA needs our support NOW more then ever. Also, note, that "I" am a firm believer in the Second Amendment, but am willing to give the NJOA the benefit of the doubt and show my support.[up][up]

Welcome to politics, boys and girls. Dirty, ain't it? Its why so many good people stay the hell out of it.

New Jersey, *the entire state* , is so awash in favortism. It is the way the entire state works. It goes all the way up to Gov. Corzine and his filthy relationship with the public employee unions.

Having bills stalled, or transferred out of the correct committee, by Senate and Assembly leadership has ALWAYS been a problem for the NJ sportsman. Bills that are friendly toward us ... just sit there and die. Bills by our enemies "move" through the system in unauthordox ways. My written complaints to leadership, including the Senate and Assembly Parliamentarians, are ignored ..... or are answered with one sentence responses ...... "its legal."

I understand what Ant did.

By the wording, I can tell that the article came from Adler's opponent's campaign.

Who recorded it without identifying himself, is a spineless mouse.

NJOA's endorsement doesn't mean supporters have to vote for Adler. It means they are playing the same game that the anti's do. If the anti's thought they could sway a Republican by endorsing him, they would. Its all politics, just like smiling at your boss even tho you hate his/her guts. Smiling at a customer, and being nice, when you would just as soon they not even come in. Its all POLITICS.
