I have 66.6 acres in Wallkill, NY (Orange County, NY).
$219,000
It is zone 3M. (one of the highest buck harvests in NY) Guaranteed doe permits.
Loaded with Turkey and Deer.
2 Small fields in the interior that would be great for food plots.
Atv/Horse trails throughtout.
Some wetlands
Small pond
Very Private.

I will be doing a perc test and necessary engineering work for a building permit this fall and will be looking to sell it for more. If anyone is seriously interested please let me know. I have had 3 different people contact me so far but money talks!

P.S. There are plenty of deer and turkeys! If you make the 2 small fields into food plots I am sure the hunting would be out of this world!

Please DO NOT go to the property without contacting me first. My neighbor patrolls it frenquently.

I have had 3 groups look at the property last week but no contract yet. Maybe one of these groups would like to include you?

I hunted the property this past WET opening day with 2 others and we shot a nice 4 pointer at 11:30am chasing 3 does, passed on a 5" spike, saw a monster (probaby the same as last year) and saw plenty of does, plus 2 coyotes. I still would be interested in selling if I had an all cash offer that I couldn't refuse.
I started to work on the cabin and put in 2 new windows and will be finishing this winter with bunk beds, couch, chairs, table, sink, wood burning stove... I am also having it surveyed in 2 weeks.

Please only reply if you are seriously interested and qualified. I might also have another 70 acre piece of property in Goshen, NY if anyone is interested.
